Acquisition and Analysis of Process Data

Reduction of lead times in customer service
„Looking back we are 100% satisfied with the decision. Thanks to the possibility of analysing the machine and process data online, the lead time in customer service has become considerably shorter. It has also been possible to cut out the need for many on-site deployments. This way, at a stroke, we achieve greater customer satisfaction and at the same time save on service costs.“
Resource-efficient system customization to individual requirements.
BORA, the innovative technology behind the BOOM PRODUCTION MANAGER, was the ideal initial basis for this project. With the expected small effort it was possible to complete the special solution for process data acquisition that fulfils the individual requirements of the different machines, with which it is delivered to the customers. In addition to this there is the advantage that it will also be possible to meet future requirements easily and with little cost in time and money.
