With the introduction of the BOOM MAINTENANCE MANAGER (BMM), Buderus has a flexible and innovative maintenance management system.

Centralized lists for capturing and monitoring planned maintenance activities sas well as unplanned disruptions provide maintenance personnel with a quick overview of pending tasks. A seamless process from commissioning to scheduling to confirmation as well as an integrated notification system for overdue dates or expiring warranty periods ensure that no open activities are forgotten.

Condition Monitoring

Unused potentials, which have been hidden by control and measuring devices that were already installed in the past, are made usable by the BMM. By means of interfaces that read out the measured data directly from the hardware, the (measured value) database is gradually filled. These measurement data or states are obtained from the production data acquisition. In addition to the simple visualization of this data, it can also be used to calculate maintenance dates. At Buderus Guss, the schedules for the molding systems depend on the number of formed molds. The BMM is able to react to short-term stoppages or changes in production and adapt maintenance.
